The range of services we provide is extensive and include general work boat, creek clearing and crew hiring, towage, research, dry hire of domestic commercial vessels (specifically a vessel less than 7.5m in length for operation in smooth and sheltered waters), supply transfer and civil works in marinas, rivers , creeks and streams.
Marina Salvage Professionals
The professionals behind MRG (Maritime Recovery Group) is a combination of over 60 year experience in efficiency, safety, care and professionalism focused on providing IRG (Immediate Response Guarantee) our team of shallow water (up to 10M depth) recovery specialists have the ability to activate and be on location within a 600 Kilometre radius from Brisbane CBD within 8 hours of official instruction / activation with all equipment to recover or salvage any type of vessel or submerged object in up to approximately 12 meters in length; larger vessels may require additional resources subject to location and other environmental factors.
Locally Based
Unlike other international and out of State salvage companies, MRG are locally based marine salvage professionals who all give extreme respect and care for the local environment and waterways. MRG work on the principle of ‘Leave no footprint’. All our equipment is well maintained and always ready for work, with shallow water draft and small craft this enable us to enter water depth as little as half a meter and between marina berths for all types or activities where larger companies focus on offshore operations and much larger vessel and therefore associated costs.
Fixed Fees
MRG can provide fixed cost quotes once each job has been assessed and will separate engine and machinery preservation cost from the salvage operation for insurance purposes.
